Graduating Student Google Data Transfer Instructions
Reminder: Accounts deleted after graduation
After you graduate or leave the district, your Google Workspace student account and all of the content (documents, presentations, saved media, emails, etc.) associated with that account will eventually be deleted. If you want to keep items that you created and saved using the GISD Google Workspace, you must download those items to a storage device, hard drive or transfer to another Gmail account.
Accounts become unavailable in early July, so it is best to get your data in June to be on the safe side!
