The 2022-23 school year marks my 14th year with Gatesville ISD, and my 17th year in education. Before becoming a teacher, I worked for 15 years as a cytogenetic technologist at Scott & White hospital where I analyzed chromosomes. I am married to Coach David Truss (retired) and we have four children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and we are expecting our 3rd grandchild!

Class Cell Phone Policy:
